Linea is led by Alan Reed and a small permanent team based in Jersey. We design and build high-end residential projects across the island, indoor and outdoor, from the first walkthrough to the final handover. Extensions, refurbishments, swimming pools, wellness spaces, and the outdoor living that connects them all.

Most premium projects in Jersey are delivered by a chain of subcontractors who never quite meet in the middle. Linea exists to close that gap. The drawings, the programme, the build, and the twelve-month aftercare are all delivered by us. That is the only model in which we can stand behind the standard we promise.
