A core specialism. The detail of a wet room is the detail of a swimming pool, only smaller. Linea uses Mapei waterproofing and tiling systems across every wet area we deliver, and we treat the bathroom or wellness wing as the room the rest of the project is in service of, not the finishing job at the end.

New build pools, refurbishments, and the technology behind them.
Linea designs, builds, and refurbishes swimming pools for year-round use in Jersey. Alan Reed is a certified Technical Chlorine Specialist, and we specify Pentair, Fluidra, and Speck for the plant. The visible pool is the easy half. The plant room, the chemistry, and the long-term performance decide whether the pool lasts a decade or three.

Stone, timber, and porcelain, laid by hand.
The surfaces between the house and the garden. Levels coordinated with pool, drainage, and planting from the first drawing, then laid by hand to lines that hold over time. Hardscaping is the work that fails most visibly when it is done badly. A finished Linea terrace is the same terrace ten years from now.

Planting schemes built around the architecture.
The planting we specify is built for Jersey weather and the property it sits on. Specimen trees, structural shrubs, and seasonal layers chosen to hold their shape through Jersey winters rather than look right for one summer. Every planting plan includes a twelve-month establishment period.
